The primary taxpayer name and SSN must match what is on record with the IRS e-file database and Social Security Administration (SSA).
Fix #1: Sign into your RapidTax account to double check that the information provided is correct. If not, you can make corrections from your rejection status page.
Fix #2: If the information you already provided seems correct to the best of your knowledge, then you may need to paperfile your tax return this year. You should also contact the SSA to have them update their database.
