The primary taxpayer’s prior year PIN, electronic filing PIN, or prior year AGI amount in the return must match what the IRS has on file in the e-file database. 

 

Fix #1: Sign into your RapidTax account and make corrections following the on-screen instructions. You may need to enter zero for your AGI amount.

 

Fix #2: You may need to paper-file your return instead of e-filing. Sign into your RapidTax account. Print, sign and mail your return to the IRS.
