Your spouse’s SSN within the return must not be the same as the spouse’s SSN on another tax return filed for the same tax year.
Fix #1: Sign into your RapidTax account and double check the full name and SSN provided. It should match exactly with what the IRS and Social Security Administration have on file.
Fix #2: If the name and SSN you entered seem to be correct, you may need to paper-file your tax return this year and update your information with the Social Security Administration to prevent this form occurring in future tax years.
