Fix #1: Sign into your account and verify that the primary taxpayer’s SSN and last name matches his or her Social Security Card.
Fix #2: If you do not have a valid PIN to enter, sign into your account and follow the instructions to complete IRS Form 8879 IRS e-file Signature Authorization.
