Your spouse’s SSN was not provided on your tax return. If a spouse exemption is reported, than the spouse SSN must be provided.
Fix #1: To update this information, sign into your RapidTax account and enter the valid social security number for your spouse right from your rejection status page.
Fix #2: If you do not have a valid SSN to report for your spouse, then remove the exemption and resubmit for filing from your rejection status page.
