The primary taxpayer did not enter a valid Identity Protection PIN when submitting return for e-filing.

 

Fix #1: Sign in to your RapidTax account to update your IP PIN and resubmit your tax return to the IRS.

Fix #2: If you do not have a valid IP PIN to enter, you will need to sign in to your account with us to download the pdf copy of your return to print, sign, and mail to the IRS/State.

 

Please note that if you are e-filing a prior-year tax return, you will need to provide your current/most recently issued IP PIN.
