Am I a Vermont resident?

You are a Vermont resident for tax purposes if you meet any of the following actions:

1. You are a Vermont resident if you are domiciled in the state, or
2. Maintaining a permanent home in VT
3. You were present in VT for more than 183 days of the taxable year.
